Patient registration is pain for a users, so forms should have been simplified as much as possible and reduced the burden on the patients

Creating a new approach

We received feedbacks from the stakeholders and identified the specifics of our processes.

Than we defined a single design tool, transferred all requests from different teams to jira and have scheduled regular meetings with developers

design system

The problem was that the components were made very randomly, without descriptions or guides.

Initially, we defined the main tasks of the system and made a work plan.

During a study, we found that the high priority will be to preserve the existing users, and then for the new ones.
